This is superior ground beef because it came from a whole cow, which means that everything goes into the burger from sirloin to chuck roast to NY strips to eye of round! Yes, even the steaks as well as the roasts are ground into whole-animal ground beef. It is from a mature animal that had time to assimilate tens thousands of pounds of plants and turn them into highly-assimilable nutrition. It is superior in every way.
We separately package the filet mignons and ribeyes and you will get one each with each 1/8th, exactly in proportion to how it comes off the cow. You will also get 1/8th of the bones for soup and stew and stock. You are welcome to donate those back to us for our guard dogs, but it won’t reduce your price because you aren’t buying meat, you are buying 1/8th of an actual animal. This beef is sold by the 1/8 cow. You can get as many 1/8ths as we have in stock for pre-order. This animal was never fed grain. (And she was never vaccinated with an mR#a vax, either.)

Additional Information
This meat is processed under the custom exempt label and will be labeled “not for sale.” The plant were our meat is processed is inspected. You are trusting us as your farmers to only pick out a healthy animal for your family, as we would do for our own.
Custom-exempt slaughter and processing plants are expected to meet the same requirements for sanitation and humane handling that USDA-inspected plants must meet, even though an inspector is not required to be present at the time the animal is slaughtered.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and fattened for maximum taste and nutrition. The ground beef is vacuum-sealed in 1lb packages. The bones will be cut into 3" pieces, and the ribeye will be around 1.25" thick, and the filet mignon likely thicker.
You will get an email when your beef is ready for pickup. Pickup is on the farm at our farm store at 1568 Haw Ranch Rd., Graham, NC 27253.
